On 26/12/07, Teledata proposed to acquire 40% interest in the Nanjing Putian Intelligent Building. NPIB is a large scale R & D and manufacturer of structured cabling system incorporating system design , manufacture, deployment and training. Eps is expected to increase from 0.02 cents in FY06 to 0.22 cents after the acquisition.

The completion date has been extended for another month.

Thanks for the info something new to me with RTO. So if the stock is been chased up from below 3 cents to 10 cents, if the current point is 0.05 what will it be? (sorry i know that nobody can tell) just need some advice and need learn from someone.

This is good news, but the bad news is I hold until neck break liao and unloaded much of the lot on this counter last 2 weeks. but lucky still kept some it.

 

RTO as in Wee Poh turned into Timewatch? These days, too many RTOs. If Teledata turned out to be one such RTO, what would it become? The stock is chased up from below 3 cents to 10 cents, then rights issue kicked in, taking shares to 5 cents. Still pennies. Other pennies had somehow survived and surpassed their long term below 10 cents and stay above that level.
