STI bear trap begins today !!!

I believe its a vicious combination of greed, pride and over-confidence that led the young man into trouble.

 

Grossly over come by or blind by greed by the young man and for the poor old man, he is entirely, totally ignorence, believeing his son, an inexperience under grad...that plung into stock punting is the most geinus. Here is a lesson wish other can learn.

x 0 x 0	It mean old man got to down graded to 3 room flat. it mean young man got to clear his contra losses S320,000.00 it mean young man got to clear his S200,000.00 own to remiser. it mean pure gambling in this case and not pure investing..it mean...alot..

It mean high stake risk w/o due consideration to old man retired $$$.

 

700k lost is oni the tip of the ice berg...many million and billion lost still unaccount for, like margin call, contrain don do how to pay up, and punter run away with depth, so there is a limit to what one can buy when such thing happened.

 

So someone on the other side must be richer by 3.3trillion.  Its a zero sum game isnt it? 

 

Recent global share maket has fallen causing a global lost of $3.3 trillion as heard in Radio 93.8 mhz.

 

yeah...new paper reported abt that grad. famous liao.....poor guy, but we should at least learn from his mistakes. got an excerpt here:

i trade short term, and losses are inevitable...but 700k is really mind boggling. i don't believe the bear market has started yet, but markets do look violatile currently.

 

Since I am a pretty long to medium term investor who don't contra, short sell, use borrowed monies to play shares, bear or bull market I am keeping myself invested at all times whenever I got spare monies and I valued the stock to be worth going in.

 

i thk mkt likely will be roller coastal from now..direectionless...2day rain...2day shine...haha..

 

Actually correction can let us see which stocks are more resilient to bear market. Even blue chip suffer drastic drop but look closely at some less traded small counters they drop abit only and remain ok. Of cuz those counters are not for capital gain purposes but more for growth or dividend play. I notice this behavoir among my stock portfolio. Hope you all notice it too.
