yes, you can try and short.... but if any BB knows that retail investors are doing that... then they can make money by ramping this counter up. do try and let me know if you make money :P

i think the more likely reason is that under-writer has stopped making a market for this REIT.....
HSI is flat that's why....ALL QUIET ON THE EASTERN FRONT ! :P

i am definitely vested but i bought cheap... so i am not too concerned about short-term price. i just want to share my experience of being burnt by shorting volatile counters.....

be careful about shorting... this counter is unpredictable. it can go down very fast and also go up very fast.
hmm...looks like the bullishness is LOOSING steam ....SHORT ?!?!? :P
however, though..the s$ vs Hk$ is still strong !! :D
even at this price (2.81), yield is about 8.2%... better than putting it in the bank. Caveat being that watch out for exchange rate risk.
congrats to people who make the trade to buy rights. even if you pay 24 cents for the rights, you are standing at a glaring 30 cents profit now. haha..
