It claims to be China's largest treatment provider for industrial waste water, has industrial projects ranging from the papaer to the oil and metalworking industries and has operations across China, from Beijing, Hubei and Jiangsu to Yunnan and Inner Mongolia. Its orderbook stood at RMB456.7m at end Q106. Gross margins ranged from 27% to over 30%, with net margins between 19% and 22%.

At $0.65, it's priced at about 12x '05 PE. This compared to PERs of > 15x for the other SGX-listed water stocks. Its PB ratio will be 1.67, again lower than those of comparable companies. Subscribe.
