4.4 considered too much.Safer to go in when it is at 2-3c.Scary, too many pennies become billion $ capitalization.mOU and LOI can changed anytime like blu-asia-lion deals all dropped..Think this cld be the case for LCW to buy time and push the deal to nxt yr.When many are bullish that is the danger sign.Learnt from recent mistakes.

Old news about the share consol, etc. But something new - long stop date pushed to 31 Mar 2014. Previously, we thought it was 31 Dec 2013. Don't think it will cheong now, got to wait till 1st qtr 2014.

lol i also hope contel will surge, but the news came at the bearish time.. dunno how market will react to it.. if it gaps up tml, likely may go back down, since when last time contel surged, it experienced sell on news phenomenon, and also the market sentiment may not support the rise..

Because it came down on Thursday in the midst of rumours about Blumont and companies, and probably was dumped by sellers of Blumont and companies in one quick move to unload everything they held. Thus I think it will make amends by closing the gap and starts from 71 cents up to probably around 9 cents. Of course it could also go to 10 should there be very strong buying of big lots. Hopefully, keep fingers crossed for those vested.

HUAT liao loh. I'm very bullish. only concern was whether this deal will collapse cos it was just an 'act' by TCW. but lately, the pieces have been falling in place surely, though slower than we may have hope. things like name change n now lodging circular with sgx don't happen likely so this rto is almost a done deal.
the remaining conditions don't pose any problem. unlikely that sgx will not approve (first e-commerce stock to list on sgx). also, macquarie capital is involved in this deal (probably representing YuuZoo). v gd news.
can expect high price rise tmr alr, especially when all the pennies are suffering, W corp should represent one of the few pennies that has higher returns, lower risk. even if no high price rise tmr, it'll only b a matter of time. sit back n huat =) wahahah
It also means 5:1 consolidation of shares. And $0.50 per share is coming. Which means right now W corp should start to go up and worth at least $0.10.
I may be wrong. But I'm starting to see some bullishness in this. Though I dont think I want to touch this

co has requested to be lifted tmr...news of RTO announced but with plenty of conditions to fulfillled...long stop date is 31 MAr 2014.....or another 6 months from now......
