His Excellency of dragon cement need WE 20% stake? What's happening n what conditions were applied? I don't have a single clue. Only know thru recent announcements that shares had increased n share bonus (chk sgx announcements) was given.

The private placement to the 12 private investors was not exercised at 0.47... The chairman has to convince them to exercise it to boost investors confident. Hope will recover to 0.47 from there and move forward . Cheers !
