Cosco Corp: Into tough times Maintain Sell TP SGD0.73
Ø 2Q12 results were below our expectations with net profit coming in 13.3% lower YoY at SGD27.6m. This includes a SGD15.9m reversal of provisions made earlier. 1H12 net profit made up 43% of our previous FY12 forecast.
Ø With the challenging conditions in the Chinese shipbuilding sector, order win outlook looks bleak and we have reduced our order win assumptions for FY12 from USD2.4b to USD2.0b. Cosco has secured about USD1.2b of orders YTD with net orderbook of USD5.9b as at 1H12.
Ø We lower our net profit forecast for FY12-14F by 6-10%. We see no positive signs for a turnaround in the near term and expect macro weakness in Chinese shipbuilding sector to persist for another 2 years. Maintain SELL with target price of SGD0,73.

down at opening only........sell at rumours and buy at news.....
Stock market always looking forward six month........
so those who sell low will buy back higher.......no more chance to get at lower low price......

Profit down 13%, turn over down 2%. Think tomorrow has a higher chance of going down...
Hope the profit 4 folders .......
I am still q at 99.5cents.......
Hopefully those who fear of going down will pass it to me........
Should be very much possible as only 1K ++ buyers where 2K++ sellers......
Hope more sellers in q to kill the weak investors.....
