a quick question, will have to hold till dividend is declared, but by then the price may dropped ya? so will it be kinda of difficult to enjoy both gains? appreciate advise ., thank you. :-)

Anyway,last night they release the full finacial result and paying 0.008 dividend.
If i understand the report correctly, that special tax exempt dividend of 0.016 will be pay upon after the completion of sale to the Hong Kong company.
If that is confirmed, we may see 0.008 + 0.016 =0.024 dividend altogether.
100 lots = $2400 dividend.
Based on yesterday closing price of 0.18,
100 lots = $18000 and you will get $2400 dividend and that is 13.33%.
Not a call to buy or sell.
