Could they be shorting the shares down themselves? it could be possible given the high trade vol...hee hee...
Unless someone is trying to get more of the shares to prevent it from delisting?
It will dip for sure unless PTT decides to delist from SGX in time.
Most likely they will get 50%, but whether it can be delisted or not is still a question mark? So after this, it may trade above $2? I hope...anyway if offer comes i will sell to them. I am just small investor...:-)

No worries. still can sell to PPT at $1.90 and earn the dividends. But I feel that the shares are worth more...

PTT owns 100% of sakari if wanna remain in SGX must push out 70% to institutes but who will take up at => 1.9?
so usually full take over scenerio is to delist.
