i wonder how did my suggestion for a makan session change to tongkat ali. hahaha i hope that we are not having tongkat ali for our makan session instead.

A balanced food intake, enough sleep (rest) and enough ex is the best. Forget all those health supplement or sex boosting concocts. All these are too concentrated for the body which may not take it for long term.
Maybe the STI should be given some TongKat Ali so that it can rise too. heehee
I have never heard of TongKat Ali before...
Malaysian Govt is currently trying to get this product renamed "Malaysian Ginseng".
You can try it. Its only herb and safe. TongKat Ali Coffee was once on sale at Giant Hypermart.
Try it and when your STI Index goes up, then its good.

That's the proper name for ginger tea... it's just that I've all along called it te h sarabat... and I love sarabat carts, it's a pity there are no more around. Newton sarabat stalls are great for teh sarabat.
