There is very little reason for me to buy Genting except for long term investing. Short term play for this counter is very difficult to make money because the brokerage will kill you for going in and out. In investing in casino stocks, the risk and reward are always beyond expectations because the business depends on certain unpredictable factors, unlike goods which are produced according to predictable demands. Casinos depend on players coming to gamble, so the more the people gamble, the more likely the casinos will make money. So profitability cannot be calculated based on " virtual" numbers. Thus one need to see how good and creative the management is to create revenues and profits and reduce chances for losses, and ultimately bringing values for shareholders.
It is quite in debt now right?
Genting now selling off some of its securities.

Of course that is possible too... since stocks dont keep falling and falling...
There's bound to be retracements or reversals along the way...

Basically trading is a fishing and waiting game.. You put up a bait and wait for fish to come... if the fish does not come, then don't trade ..

yes agreed or wait for any reversal candles in daily chart that will form when price is above 20SMA and below 50 SMA.

@stevenlim: I suggest you make your own decision instead of asking around. Someone will tell you to buy and someone will tell you to sell. If you buy or sell at the wrong timing, you will curse and swear. No one is going to satisfy your questions no matter what they say because they maybe looking at different things and different time frame. If you hold Genting for more than 10 years (provided Genting does not go bankcrupt), I also can guarantee your current buying price is very attractive. So, why should you sell now? If you are only planning to hold Genting for less than 1 year and need cash to do other things, you may sell at lower price if the chart is valid. On another hand, if Genting buy back shares and someone want to take over Genting by offering 50% premium, Genting price will shoot sky rocket.... Then later you also feel LL.
No body is fortune teller and I suggest you do your stock analysis and make your own decision.
Just my humble 2 cents.
