To have a TP of $1.45 seems rather optimistic... Unless there's increased profitability compared to the pre-shut down period? Or maybe plans of a merger with SIA's new budget airline?

Even with lifting of grounding on Monday, think it is unlikely to reach 145. I am sure its branding and reputation has been affected by CASA's action, some demerit points in that respect are lost.
My broker say BB will be buying up more before lifting of the grounding on monday. He recommanded to buy and hold till next week with TP of $1.45

It adds to the resistance @ 1.19 - 1.20.
A short term retracement could be possible, however the buy-ups today shows strength for further upside.
Will need to watch tomorrow's opening price for further indication.
