with the recent ipo craze, this 1 will also be HOT
i expect it to open above 2 based on recent ipo debut ,all having 2-3times higher than ipo price
so lucky got 1 lot, will sell if >1.5 to cash out..
always not successful in ipo, i will buy some to keep when debut.
I believe it will go even higher ~$2 as the dividend is still quite gd at 3%
CitySpring Infrastructure Trust (A7RU.SG), due to list in Singapore on Feb. 12, changing hands at S$1.38-1.40 in grey market vs IPO price of S$0.89 according to remisier at DBS, joint lead manager and bookrunner. Company, backed by Singapore's state-owned investment company Temasek Holdings (TEMAH.YY), said its IPO 48.7X subscribed, having priced at S$0.89 per unit, top of indicative range of S$0.77-0.89. Remisier says "there is a real lack of sellers for this listing," suggests stock could pass S$1.50 on its debut.
