ya see, quite a lot would consider that (looking and verbal flirting) as a 'betrayal' already. esp if she happens to be clinging to your arm, and you get whiplash when a really hot babe walks past. haha. 

expect to have to give jewelry/roses/whatever and prostrate yourself then for forgiveness.

haha. and eh. not cheating 'cos you don't want to be cheated on is reactive, isn't it? :P

 

i agree with elf that most females love others more than they love themselves, but the new breed of financially strong and mentally strong woman have emerged. more often then before, they are the ones that will initate a breakup. it cuts so deep man.



i dun have a partner rite now, but i would NEVER cheat on my partner cos I certainly would not want her to cheat on me too. Of course that excludes looking a other pretty gals (eg elf, singaporegal and bunbun) and some verbal flirting. hahahaha 

 

act i think there are more male forumers here. altho when it comes to investing, really, gender doesn't matter at all. just that for addressing ppl in forums, it's polite to call others appropriately. haha.

nope, think bunnie said her trades doing fine recently. tho my guess is more because of general recent rally rather than fundamental support....

how can you trust what you cannot test? haha. ok lah, lets not make life difficult. markets start tomorrow. time to play on. eyeing a couple of counters in light of changing market tone.

When women love, they just give and are thus easily exploited... So that is why, to be safe,  it is so very important for women to love themselves more than they love others.

 

And all these while i tot bunbun is a male.Silly me.

 

yah, absolutely agree (and i'm sure a few eyebrows will be raised at this thread :P ): dunno, but my sense is that women are more genuine and will give more completely, whether it's friendship, maternal, or whatever.

 

which is why they're always exploited on certain levels by men, perhaps. and why i asked abt guys believing in true love earlier...'cos if you'd only know the no: of guys who approach me while their partners are in the other room/out of sight praising their 'better halves', then, heh, sorry to be misanthropic, but my intuition tells me that any guy will stray (for love or whatever cooked up reason)...and the only reason why they didn't is 'cos i said no, and not the other way around.

so women....be careful yea....remember after all that all fairy tales were written by men!

Incidentally, generally speaking, I won't mind if I see women loving women. Women are naturally able to love genuinely without the factor of exploitation ever coming into the picture. Furthermore I don't see it as dispicable or unhygienic at all, as long as there's exclusivity and genuine emotional companionship. But this only applies to women.

 

yah geojam, my friend was rebuilding her house here too, had all sorts of minor regulations you'd never think about, like having to have a green fence outside over the drain, nothing on the balcony extended area etcetc (odd govt rulings)...

hm. if 95% holdings in australia, i take it to mean you got a green card via putting in investment money as a 'high net worth individual' by their immigration criteria? not familiar with the aussie market so won't be of much help there. :) could perhaps look to put a bit more in s'pore tho, considering the bullish climate here cf to australia. assuming it's capital growth you want and not preservation tho.

Yes elf,in spore i only have ST Engg and SPC shares.

I tot they are "safer" counters so that i do not need to look after them much.Although there is no such thing as safe shares.All have risks,only how much.

95% of my share holdings are in australia.

 

yes building a house can be stressful,especially when i do not much about civil engineering work etc...

U also have to understand plan and the govt.regulations.

One ex sporean also building his house got less bricks laid,so house become shorter.Luckily,this time i met an ex sporean,who was a civil engineering,and so i consult him once in a while.

The idea of building is that is cheaper and u got to choose all the things u want,right down to the taps,colour and pantry door.
