0035 GMT [Dow Jones] Prospect of Sound Global (E6E.SG) fetching higher valuations via Hong Kong listing may drive up share price. 2 months after postponing proposal to dual list by selling up to 430 million new shares, China-based water treatment firm has revived plan, but this time to list by way of introduction. Revised plan deemed more favorable to investors as earnings won't be diluted since no new shares will be issued. But as proposal still at evaluation stage, upside for shares may be limited near term. Business prospects, meanwhile, remain sound, with company last week securing its largest build-operate-transfer wastewater treatment plant project to date worth CNY1.38 billion, generating additional income stream for 30 years. | ||||||||

I suppose many are holding their breath and standing at the sideline watching how things are being unfolded before they decide and react if there is a potential for making some money.

The following latest annoucement, any impact?
"Charge over shares in the Company
The Company would also like to inform the Shareholders that it has been notified by Sound
Water (BVI) Limited ("Sound Water (BVI)") (a substantial shareholder of the Company which
is owned by the Company's Executive Chairman, Mr. Wen Yibo and his wife, Zhang Huiming)
that Morgan Stanley and/or its affiliated companies has a charge (the “Charge”) with respect
to 40 million ordinary shares in the capital of the Company held by Sound Water (BVI) which
have been deposited with Morgan Stanley pursuant to a private wealth management account
maintained by Sound Water (BVI). Any other shares in the capital of the Company held by
Sound Water (BVI) that may from time to time be deposited in the account will be subject to
the Charge."
This one really needs a lot of strength if not, it goes ahead 3 steps and then goes stun 4 steps.

This one got record of moving more then 8 cents in one day when there is good announcement...
Maybe afternoon, more big traders got the news.........
