What's the point of waiting and seeing all the great action?

    Isn't it much better to profit, or protect our money, 

       as the case may be, from the great fluctuations?..

It is important to understand that

   trends don't happen all of a sudden.

       Trend develope over a period of time.

           Thus, it is good to observe developments closely

               and then act accordingly.

                The stock market is a nice pet...

On Friday, SGX re-test the support at $8.30 and closed at $8.38 with HIGH volume of 6.27 million shares traded.

An engulfing bearish line occurred (where a black candle’s real body completely contains the previous white candle’s real body). If the engulfing bearish pattern occurs during a downtrend, it may be a last engulfing bottom which indicates a bullish reversal.  The test to see if this is the case is if the next candle closes above the bottom the current (black) candle’s real body.

Both RSI & MACD are bearish as RSI continue to trend downwards.

Important Resistance of SGX: $8.65

Immediate Support of SGX: $8.30

Currently prices are supported by 100 days MA at $8.30

For the past 3 days, SGX trading volume began to stir as the news of merger starts to dampen the investor’s sentiment.

As much as SGX is currently trading at an attractive value but we would not encourage buying now.

As long as the merger issues has not been decided, any potential upside for SGX is limited and could even created a bearish outlook for SGX.

If vested, do watch for the support at $8.30 since it is a major support and expected to be strong.
