no more chance to buy warrants in the market anymore, trading of warrants stop on 31/12 closed abt 8.5cent. those who bought at this price, pay another 5cent to get info share = 13.5cent. for existing shareholders already given warrants much earlier, they need to pay only 5cent to convert ther warrants to shrs. So the situation thereafter will be very interesting..... will info stay at 13.5, go higher or lower ?
think depends on who are the major holders of the warrants.. think PL gt lots of the expiring warrants also right?
onli means his ave pricing go dwn... if he doesnt sell think its ok...
retailers selling after conversion wont make a big impact i guess...
I think its the last chance to hop onboard liao lor...for some....

well, you may have a good chance..... info warrant conversion to share expiry on 7 Jan when existing shareholders pay only 5cent for each existing warrant holdings to get one info share. will some of them take quick profit to sell some of them in the market after that?

This one must hold one lah. Not for those who take profit the minute they see a little gain. Buy sell buy sell can only make the broker happy.

This one will hit back 21.5 cents soon but anything after that will depend on PL.
Like I stated almost a month ago (and 2 months back as well), 0.13-0.135 is the bottom. We've seen the price hovering around 0.135-0.145 for so long... you see some big 1000-2000 lot buy ups, then sell down as well... these are signs of interest...
Mark my words, it will move up from here .... it's just a question of when .... but yes, if you can hold, be patient...

It's been almost a month since i posted, and so far, my forecast isn't way off.
The bottom is 0.135 roundabouts. There will be no unexpected BAD news that would inspire a sell off. So most people here are just playing on fear.
Whilst i can't exactly predict the start of the move up, I would say it'll launch from this 0.135-0.14 level.

We need to be very very patient with Informatics... it's playing out as mentioned in my posts below... the bottom is just about around here at 0.13-0.135. And we've witnessed very low volumes recently - proof that this is likely the bottom. Any gung ho BB who wants to short this big time to buy cheap is running a huge risk that he/she cannot buy it back at a lower price. The only way this is gonna drop is when we have some unexpected bad news. I mean, after all the selling, has there been any announcement that substantial shareholders have reduced their stakes? Not at all. So, it's just speculative sellers who need to free up some money.
So we need to be patient. I do think PL and Vincent Tan are collaborating. There's this EduCity in the Johor IDR. So i think that's why PL needs a well-connected fella like Vincent as a partner. |

based on Jospeh Cycle Analysis, buy on dip and hold for recovery.....ride the wave for recovery as it is worth at least 52 cents....what you need is patience (do not contra)....good luck :) |
