Breakout from key resistance suggests more upside ahead
Strong rebound at support.
Ezra could see more upside potential in the days ahead after
rebounding strongly at its 8.5-month uptrend channel lower
boundary and in the process, breaking above its $2.05 key
resistance on heavy volume yesterday.
Indicators turning bullish.
With the RSI rebounding strongly at the 50% mark and the MACD
initiating a bullish crossover yesterday (see enlarged chart);
these signals suggest that the upside momentum is improving.
Initial resistance at $2.55.
On the upside, we peg the initial resistance at $2.55 (support-
turned-resistance and 8.5-month channel upper boundary), breaking
which, we see the next resistance at $3.00 (support-turned-resistance).
Immediate support at $2.05.
Below the immediate support at $2.05, the subsequent support is
pegged at $1.67 (resistance-turned-support), ahead of $1.40
(resistance-turned-support).

Thursday Open 2.12, High 2.12, Low 2.08 and close 2.08. vol 11.1M was half of Wednesday day 22.3M. Many stockist will be panicky to sell on Monday. however personally I view this as
good opportunity to buy on dip. first stop is 2.04 follow by 2.01 the 10DMA support and is
safe to buy at 1.98. SL 1.94 the support of the trendline for last two months.
Not bad can hold >$2.00.

Early this month erza bought 90% of the entire and paid up capital of Intrepid Global, a specialist in deep sea projects for $180,000 cash and 1.5million in shares
Recently Erza also clinched its largest contracts,worth US$1 billion though its construction and production arm EOC,the deal is to operate a new floating production,storage and off loading vessel for Vietnam's high profile Chima Sao oil projects...
