Basically, if any director granted options or warrants which are convertible to shares in the future, the warrants or options will still be valid even if the director has stepped down.

Issuing of shares is a BIG hint. It could be to issue shares to Yuuzoo for the RTO or to raise cash to pay of debts.
I will think its for the RTO. Since raising cash to pay off debts will dilute the company and unlikely will be the case. (Given the lawyers had accepted shares as payment and won't want their share values to drop)

Try to copy n paste on whats app to your broker. See what is his understanding. I will do that, my broker will reply me instantly, even aft 10pm.

Read section 5 of the announcement. Especially part Two. The whole chunk about issuing new shares. Why need to decide on this now and not previously.
The deal is already sealed in my opinion. Just a matter of when they will announce (Monday 15april or after AGM on 30april)
I will think they will announce the deal tonight or Monday. But will subject to approval of shareholders during AGM. |
