IPO Price@ SGD 0.46 and compare today closing @0.56-0.57

Hmm...say 99% heavy weights strike it off their list, bad press+lost hopes+panicked unloading. The only support group is themselves with bank interest to foot. Wonder if the IPO people will run with what's left before time runs out... Really does not sound good either way...

Most fund managers are very risk averse. The heavy sellings when the transparency issue broke out are mainly the big funds unloading regardless of TAs. The primary mantra in a situation like this , is regardless of where the bottom is the first objective is to preserve capital.. No responsible fund managers wants to be "stuck"with a stock which he will find it dificult to rationalise keeping . I would say that 99% of funds investment are out of this counter at this time. It's really sad that the ex chairman should have so much difficulties with the rest of the Board. In a more sophistcated manner the interest of the minority shareholders should be a prority concern - it would seem that the reputation of this Biot. will take a long while to redeem notwithstanding her fundamentals now with police and possibly other regulators which may be called in. We had  divested ourselves a while ago and urge prudence with this stock for the time being. The only light in this saga is that it will be most instructive for others to run a tight and orderly ship for investors are now more sensitive to managements and due governance of companies.

in other site this one has a nickname Bio Trick! Slowly more houses that covered it earlier with come to say it is no longer on their radar screen. Manangement cant even get along. Perhaps wait for the results and if ever a technical rebound occurs just lighten portfolio.

Wonder if any fund managers are still stuck into this. If so, still some more sell off room...

Well said dxxxxxxxxxd. It is the most ineffient way to operate an engine! Never wait for 2moro as there're many 2moros to come one after another.

If you've a strategy, keep to it. If it doesn't work, change it and don't hope for 2moros. In life, sometimes we hope 2mooroo will never come if 2moro keeps getting worst. cheers!

Price will not settle as long as the forge case not settle.... Just got to be careful of the Mr Wing's move....either dump all his share or maybe he will buy up and make a general offer if he is rich enough.

So the risk to get now if you wanna a high return....

Extended recent losses as investors continued to dump the shares amid concern that a row between the management and its ex-chairman will distract it from its efforts to get its business back on track, dealers said.

Citigroup said investors should avoid picking up Bio-Treat at lower levels as it believes Wing could decline to sell his remaining shares in the company, creating a huge share overhang.

"We are unsure how events may evolve but the situation could potentially get worse from this clear fallout between Wing and the rest of the management, " Citigroup said in a note to clients.

"Not only does Wing's 267.9m Bio-Treat shares represent a potential overhang, this is the fourth time events have impacted management's credibility," it added.

Citigroup reiterated its "sell" rating on Bio-Treat even though the stock is trading well below its target price of $0.71.
