 Increased profits in Q3 2011

 Sustained profitability since Q4 2009

 Full repayment of bank borrowings 

  mDR recorded an 8% growth in its 3Q2011 revenue from S$76.6 million to S$83.0 million  

revenue growth registered a 21%   increase from S$216.5 million to S$261.9 million for 

YTD2011. The increase in revenue is mainly due to the strong performance of its distribution 

and prepaid cards businesses.
