Great, BB is in, the missing ingredient!!!! Time to see the potential explode.

Unfortunately, some investors might miss the ride as today trading shows it breakout from its usual 12.5 - 15 cents range bound 1-2-1 steps. Missing the promising business layout Frontline has established these few years.

Well, every investor has to be forward looking, so this might be a gem waiting to be found and show its true value, potential multi-bagger materials.Smiley

Woh!!! a big increase for Frontline. Cheers.... With the vast network in asia and the steady grounded land, I guess Frontline the Target price is not just 23cents. In additional, it is also considered the penny stocks among the IT shares. Let sit on the profits and way we head for the unexpected....Smiley

At last, believe all Frontliners wish has been answered.

After the long wait, the BB is here, rocking the counter and move it up 21% in a day. Multi-bagger soon???

Summing up for today trading, there were 74m share traded ie. near to 9% of total share capitalisation from the usual average 2 - 3m shares. The best part is notice several big transactions concluded today ie. at the opening 7m at one go at 16 cents, 9m trade at one shot 16.5 cents and to round it off 2m plus at 17 cents, incredible. Sign of BB???

To give it extra push, it was recommended at Target Price 23 cents, this is only the tip at iceberg.

Next month result might give it further boost and probably Frontline might take this opportunity of rewarding the fellow Frontliners for their patient by giving them GOODIES thru utilising its unused Section 44 tax credit.

Cheong all the way!!!!Smiley

Frontline: Riding on IT outsourcing wave in Asia
BUY S$0.14  (Initiating Coverage) FT SP Price Target : 12-Month S$ 0.23

Story: Frontline is a pan-Asian IT solutions company with presence in
nine
Asian countries, especially in India and China . It is one of the seven
companies in the world and the only one in Singapore that is certified
with
e-Sourcing Capability Model (eSCM), which is very valuable in the world
of
IT outsourcing.

Point: Recently, the performance of IT outsourcing has picked up in Asia
and Frontline is poised to benefit; due to its strong focus on
outsourcing.
For the next 3-5 years, we expect Frontline to grow its outsourcing
business by over c.40% with some improvement in overall gross margins,
thanks to increased contribution from higher margin services. We
forecast
Frontline to deliver c.25% annual growth in profits on c.20% average
growth
in revenues in next three years.

Relevance: We initiate coverage on the counter with BUY recommendation
and
12-month target price of S$0.23, based on FY09 (March year-end) PE of
12x
which stands at a 10% discount to sector average of 13.4x. The Group has
a
30% minimum dividend payout policy, but due to unused section 44 tax
credits, we project FY08 dividend yield of 5%. Although Frontline offers
strong growth prospects, it is trading at a deep discount to peers.

Frontline is fundalmentally sound, with more IT budget to spent , I would think it can benefit from it. It has been a laggard, with the recent tech interest it should be in the lime light very soon. If I remember correctly DBS has a 0.18cts target. Go check DBSonline there should be a research report there. With the successful completion of Accel Frontline IPO, I think it cannot be so bad right? Hi Francisd,

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. To buy, to sell or to hold????

Anyway, as mentioned by you that you have been holding for two years, bet you have noticed the transformation the company have move forward to and expand systematically with decent result. We cannot based on purely of market price to ascertain whether this is worth investing. The market price is purely a guage or as many said - an entry price, be it high or low.

Bearing in mind as an investor, you are buying into a business, good or bad, its your call.Smiley

Hi guys, sorry to disappoint you all.  I have been holding this stock for the last 2 years. It goes up to 14.5-15 cents and then it comes down.  In this case I tell you better take your profit and run.  Or hold it for dividend sake.  Make your choice.

Crucial point for Frontline to made a decisive breakthru at this junction before interest and buying comes in. For today  volume, its far cry from 30m shares traded on Friday, only 1/10 done.

However, one good news is that there are a few patches of strong pickup ie big scoop in a single transaction. So it might not be a letdown after all, assuming BB is in and at its accumulative phase.Smiley

Only time will tell whether Frontline has the making of multi-bagger.

However, one crucial factors is for BB to emerge in order to provide the catalyst.

So far only retail investors who would normally buy at 12 - 12.5 and sell at 14 - 15 cents. Rather a decent profit for three to six months work ie approximately 10 - 15% return altogether, better than deposit in bank.

Let's take note of the trading pattern for the next few weeks Smiley
