DJ MARKET TALK: CS Starts Hyflux At Outperform; S$4.00 Target
0032 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: Credit Suisse initiates Hyflux (600.SG) at Outperform, sets S$4.00 target price. "With its diversified business and track record, we believe Hyflux is well positioned to benefit from the robust macro outlook." Notes China is key driver accounting for over 70% of revenue. Says valuation attractive as shares trading at lower end of historic P/E range. Notes new project wins, margin expansion, recognition of China projects' revenue and planned move toward a business trust within two years to act as catalysts. Shares closed +0.4% at S$2.88 yesterday. (KIG)

Three sessions of banging at 2.91 with no outcome. The only motivation one gets is the higher low which formed an apex poised for a uptrend breakout soon.
TA charts are starting to show signs of uptrend. But wait for price trend to follow.
There's also a chance for large price movements. Check out its Bollinger Band - very very tight.

have faith, their order book is $827m, can see it from their website. Time will tell... October, remeber hyflux suddenly jumps to $3.54 in 1 day recently? apparently some news leak, but the announcement was not made becos of the bearish mkt. now mkt is better, so watch out
target price of 2.05 ?? but someone said big news coming out next month?! and it will surge to 3.30... I don't know either..
so.. shall we wait and see?

0454 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: CIMB keeps Hyflux (600.SG) at Underperform, cuts target to S$2.05 from S$2.20; says at 30x 2008 P/E, "Hyflux is trading at a hefty premium to peers and our target price." Cuts FY07 EPS forecast by 65% and FY08 by 16%, but ups FY09 by 11%. Says: "Our FY07-08 EPS downgrade largely factors in revenue deferment for the Algerian desalination project, higher tax assumptions and more conservative contract-win assumptions." FY09 EPS estimate upped on contributions from Saudi Arabian used-oil recovery business, higher recurring income from new BOT wins. Stock flat at S$2.79 midday. (SYC)
