knightrider, prior to today before he unloaded perhaps you should have offered to adobepie a side contract/option.  If adobepie is to keep his holdings and if the price goes to 0.5 before xx days/months, adobepie will have to in regard of the contract/option agreed upon reimburse you xx amount else if the time you mentioned lapsed before the price hit, you will have to reimburse adobepie xx amount.  At least he is insured to certain extend if he decides to take you on mah.  All talk AFTER the price goes up is really no use. This is the same game I am playing with my father in law these days and once in a while we will take each other on. :p
