Got paid 40 milllion within 30 days and share price still dun move ... what logic is this ???

I really dun understand this fellow ..... nonetheless, looking at the current price level it is worth taking a position now ..... may go in again later ..... hope my stubborn-ness will paid off one of these day.

Not an inducement to trade.

Why yesterday STI chiong BIG don't trading halt? Today index no strength then trading halt? Forever bad timing. If trading halt yesterday maybe we can see better share performance after announcement?

I wonder though if ppl see the difference between the last halt and now.

Then, share price was more than $1, and could have been considered overpriced, resulting in a low of 90cents for the first day, and 76.5cents the next.

Now, it's already at 73cents, still want to short?

market is irrational this year la...looking at the sell queues is quite long...maybe its really like wad "showmedamoney" mentioned...ppl had the fear like last time after trading halt...this counter went plunging in a very rapid motion...

mm...shorting this counter with gd fundamentals seem not a gd choice leh...

buy queues & sell queues currently equally strong...interest is definitely spotlighted on this counter now

It's quite obvious ppl are trying to short the counter again. Hoping that the same thing would happen after the last halt when CE approval was announced.

This US$40m cash is only for Terumo's CE markets (excluding Japan). Maybe we will see another US$40m cash for Terumo's exclusive Japan market soon???

There are many other kinds of deals and arrangements BIG can sign with existing licensees. However, the major new deal will be the USA market. Biomatrix still pending FDA's IDE. I think BIG need to partner an American MNC partner (JNJ, BSX, ABT, MDT or St Judes Medical) to settle the FDA delays and approval problems. Terumo is an Asian Yakuza and not so powerful in USA. BIG is not an American mafia member and need to partner an American mafia group to settle the Medical Device Mafia Inc.

Flash back:

One of the key business model of BIG is franchise system (like MacDonalds). The other half is their own usual operating business. What most people/analysts see is only the second half. If you study BIG's business model very carefully, you will appreciate this company much better. This is how technologically very advanced medical device companies like BIG make money with their intangibles like patents, prorietary IPs, drugs, PLA biodegredable polymer, top class clinical results, etc. And this is how a lot of small but technologically advanced pharmaceutical/medical device companies make tons of money . If you don't believe that this stock has the potential to give you huge returns in 3 months time, the very least you can do is don't sell your shares at current low prices. If you have some money and guts, you should buy BIG shares now. I always tell forumers never chase a soaring stock and buy only at grossly undervalued prices like now. (at that time was 70cts)

I hope people have benefitted and appreciate my fundamental analysis. This US$40m cash is made possible because of BIG's franchise system business model. Any analysts got cover this area or not??? I believe got more such deals to come. This is the fastest way small but technologically very advanced companies make money fast and furious in the global business arena. BIG is too small company to capitalise their technology to capture the global markets. So they have such a business model to help them expand quickly and make money quickly. Don't say US$40m cash, another US$100m cash is possible anytime. I spotted a hidden gem, urged forumers to buy when it is grossly undervalued at 70cts. Some forumers even suspect im trying to dump my precious BIG shares. What the Bird!

If Terumo can pay US$40m cash upfront for non-exclusive CE markets, that means they expect NOBORI to sell very well in CE markets even without exclusivity. Now, Terumo has exclusive Japan market. I believe Terumo has the ability to corner the whole Japan DES market. Just look at the clinical trial results of other DESs compared to NOBORI, you think they stand any chance against the performance of NOBORI? Plus, Terumo is the largest medical device player in Japan with very wide and established sales distribution and connections with Japanese hospitals and doctors. Japs will always buy from Japs (first priority). Japan market should bring in even more sales to Terumo than CE markets (Biomatrix is competing with NOBORI in CE markets but not in Japan). So it is in Terumo's interest to secure a Japan territory deal.
