Me too, don't understand. The report indeed says that they have so much cash in the bank. Their borrowing is very small relative to the cash.
They need not issue bond and pay 6% annual interest. They should just use the cash. I don't think their cash is earning much as the reported interest income is so low. |

Maybe they see that another dip is coming and these sums of money are useful to buy over competitors?
