Singapore Hot Stocks-Tiger Airways falls on expected Australia
losses
SINGAPORE, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Shares of Singapore budget
carrier Tiger Airwaystumbled 7 percent in early trade
on Friday after it said its earnings would be significantly
affected by its Australia operations, which it expects to report
a net loss for the financial year 2011-2012.
At 0159 GMT, shares of Tiger Airways were 6.96 percent lower
at S$1.07 with over 11.9 million shares changing hands. This was
2.1 times its average daily turnover since the start of the
year.
Earlier Tiger shares dropped by as much as 12.2 percent
to S$1.01 as the broader index plunged following the
overnight sell-off in the United States.
Tiger Airways, which is a third owned by Singapore Airlines

said it swung to a net loss of S$20.6 million ($17.2
million) in the first quarter, compared to a net profit of S$1.9

The thing is there will be big gap down for most of the stocks, so there won't be any meat left for those who short today...

the caught is the existing price may has already factor these expected bad news so it could be hitting low in the morning and rebound in the afternoon when covering the short position. It will be a day to see who is the best trader. Good Luck!!
I think even if result good also no use. Look at Dow, whopping 300pts dropped...
Really think it will free fall tomorrow... The recently grounding is going to impact their earnings even more for this quarter. You can argar argar feel it.
