Digiland is considering an entry into the property development and investment business. In a statement to the SGX, it said it might issue new shares to acquire the properties.

Should it decide to do so, Digiland said it would likely amount to a very substantial acquisition or reverse takeover. It was responding to speculation that it is in talks with a regional shipping player. The market talk has led to heavy trading of its shares on SGX.

 

Buy some to hold, bot some at 5c and a few more at 6.5c. See channelnewsasia news ..page 208. In the 1st place, i don believe in RTO, but it may be coming sort of truth in it about RTO ..from property injection, some Ex-GES players may also be interested...vested since GES time where they branch out into so called Digiland (Web base sales and mkt-ting division) into and compang under Digiland , then applied for listing it in SGX, so it is a long time for me from the birth of GES since ppl's park time to giving birth to digiland and now...i am following this one GES/Digiland since 20 years back. (FYI).

hey teeth. seems u are really pushing for digiland to price up; did you enter at 6 or 7cents too?

 

New BBs from other block?. negotiating for MOU !!!, injecting into a property play. This time maybe is coming...true or not ?.

good news from BOD.  RTO is definitely gonna happen..its a question of time only...also..DIGILAND will be a property play...tomolo will test 6.5cts again!!

	Those bot at 0.045ct, may lose money on commission and those who bot at 5cts has got their finger burnt and even worst still, those huge punting up to once 805mil is share traded, bot at above 5 and half cents knew, all got their hands burnt.  Brokers recommendation..humm...

Woww...this news very scary lehhh, expecting what RTO??., those BBs may knew it  oredi and is oni good news, play to buy cheap, cheap, then play up and what then, sell lohh, expecting some other good news to come...isit??. wait lohh.. In any trading counters, there is always such risk.

Digiland issue official SGX announcement now. Nothing concrete is cast so they give warning already. The proposed RTO may not materialize so ppl who speculate in the stock shares are playing at own risk!

my remisier told me the takeover has failed.. has sold at 5c on friday.

 

This is a stock from just mere 0.015 to peak 0.065 in less than 2 months. Very scary. It is very speculative and risky. Cannot imagine if the discussion" on possible business venture does not pull through, retail investors are the slowest to pull out of the game and may lose more than 75% of the initial capital.

This is one stock, current with very strong purchasing power & also very strong containing power.

Right now it seem to be contain at 5c. Not even a lucky single one 1st on d Q-ing can get at 4.5c
