Besides the new shares, gold and platinium prices fell quite a lot yesterday. Gold and platinium prices are also down > 20% for the year. Citiraya is crumbling. Timing is off. If only it resumed trading before today, the price would have performed better.
Fundametally both has not yet change, i mean in term of it business plan and in model to tell beauytiful story hope px can open higher, so px to let go take eg Equation from 10c to 20c, i mean profit need to show it oso mean 100%, take ctraya case, it's oso the same meaning to me hohh..
This is oni my personnal opinion oni..
will it drop to the same px as Equation?

Will be renamed Centillion Env & Recycling. It will issue and allocate a total of 1,897,448,344 new shares (equiv to 75% of the enlarged share capital) split equally to HeShe and OHL Foundation in return for their investment of $16.1m. Approval was also given for options to be granted to HeShe and OHL for a further $16.1m to be sunk into the company within the next year or so.
Trading in Citiraya was suspended in January last year when CAD and the CPIB launched separate investigations into the company. Citiraya last traded at $1.08 sgd on Jan 20, 2005.
In December 2005, Citiraya assistant general manager Ng Teck Boon was sentenced to eight years in prison for corruption.
Ng was convicted in connection with a $1.82m scam in which he bribed staff working with customers of Citiraya. The bribes were part of a ploy to divert unwanted electronic scrap to Citiraya so that the firm could resell it in other markets.
Citiraya was put into judicial management in September last year and in March this year, Heshe, in partnership with Oei Hong Leon, bought a 75% stake in the company for $16.1m.
Heshe and Oei now hold 37.5% stakes each in Citiraya. Their entry into Citiraya has paved the way for Citiraya's discharge from judicial management. A relisting of the company on the Singapore Exchange has been scheduled on Oct 4.
"Citiraya's business is good as long as they (management) behave themselves," a dealer with a local brokerage said.
In fact, in the absence of Citiraya, other electronics waste recyclers have surfaced, including SembCorp Industries unit SembCorp Environmental Engineering, which has reportedly snared Citiraya customers such as IBM, Nokia, Philips, Infineon Technologies and ST Microelectronics.

suspended because of massive fraud......cheated their customers....big name electronic companies; cooked the books....CEO on the run, his brother..who was GM already convicted and in jail,.......Temasek and other TLCs took some stake in this company before the scandal was exposed..
White knights Heshe and Oei Hong Leong in the process of reviving the company....but recently asked for extension of completion of sale.....this is not good news cos they probably dug up more worms in their due diligence process.
Can someone tell me why they were suspended from trading?
