Hi, thanks, glad you find them useful and it also help to change your mind about this counter.
I too have my doubts if I have not attended the AGM to hear and see how sincere they were about the future of the company.

Infrastructure cost for the hundred of thousand of km of fibre cables n upto 15000 towers is estimated to be US4billion.
How can Ntegrator even not got a slice of actio .even 1% is $50m.
Just dun fly yet . My troops from innopac coming to reinforcement at pusan perimeter at 91 parallel.
My BRC currently still held as POW under extreme torture. Hope they can still tahan the enemy inhumane treAtment before UN supreme commander give full order.

AGM already done means mandate for issue of warrants done. Next, the company will lodge the OIS (offer information sheet) with the SGX for approval to list the warrants. Probably take another month or so.
So likely to see action in June, just in time for the Myanmar telco announcement. For now, the price seems very firm, refusing to drop below 9.5. Looks like already bottom and should start to trend higher from here.

They are also into Cambodia which is becoming the next Myanmar, according to a report I just read in Today.  Manufacturers including Japanese and European diversifying their bets on China as China is getting more matured and expensive.
Ntegrator definitely is going in the right direction - Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and even testing Africa. With Singapore as a foothold, just waiting for them to report solid profits and the funds will take note.

Heard from the AGM that the Group has been in both Thailand and Myanmar for over 10 years. Chances of getting new projects are very good due their good track records. In Thailand the Group will continue to expand with projects from Viettel Group which is also expanding overseas. As for the Myanmar, whoever gets the telco licence will most likely need the Group as their service provider of network infrastructure. I left the meeting feeling confident that it is a company full of potential.

That is why I say, no matter who got that damned license.
Mr N will benefit.
Importantly the license must be issued fast and furious for contracts to be awarded.
Wa so fast move. Though it will close the gap at 91 first.

Astracts from Tender Q& A document:
Question " Could you please confirm that the market structure set forth in “Annex A – Market Structure”, which is envisioned for the future Telecom landscape in Myanmar, is composed of four (4) licences holders (or Nationwide Telecommunications Licence)? The four players being MPT (in the process of being corporatized), the two winners of the current “Licence Award Process” as well as a consortium of local market participants in the process of being granted a second Nationwide Telecommunications Licence.
Answer : This is correct. The Union Government has decided that the telecommunications market will consist of four Operators that will provide Nationwide Public Telecommunications Services. The four mentioned Operators include (i) MPT (ii) a Consortium of local market participants and (iii) the two selected Pre-qualified Applicants of the Licence Award Process.
Based on  my understanding, there will be 4 Telco licenses to be issued national-wide in Myanmar, 2 currently inviting tender and 2 more for local players, one will most likely go  to  corporatized MPT (Myanmar Post and Tele). So I believe Ntegrator will benefit from the current tender winners as well as supporting the local players like how they support Viettel in Veitnam.
