Newmoon...

hahaha...

You are really a 'moon man'... (ie. relying so much on the moon)

Insetein's words are beyond my comprehension, but I tend to think that human ignorance is not infinite, but rather human knowledge is limited.

While we are  on the subject of lunatics the full moon is on 2nd april-3 trading days away for singapore bulls.
Before you buy any stocks look up in the sky and not at your computer screen to see if the moon is big and round,Sell near full moon days.
Lunatic advice like Armstrong's Pi based business cycle-market top 27/2/07?
Many macro hedge funds made billions from following the jail bird's advice. Many geniuses had  unconventional thinking and flaws in their behaviour- remember the nobel prize winner in economics in "A Beautiful Mind"Mozart was a bit crazy and so was Van Gogh.
The fosbury flop in high jump was also a crazy idea-landing on your back but it is the norm now in high jump as it shifts the centre of gravity of the body higher.
Lastly a quote from Einstein" I believe 2 things are infinite; the universe and human ignorance and I am not sure about the universe"

Risky behaviour does not matter anymore.
Geopolitical tension- so what?
Oil price could reach 77 dollars-no problem
Shiller house price index negative in US-no concern.
IR like superman will come to the rescue of singapore stocks.
Sometimes I wonder if we should be inmates of woodbridge instead of the other way around.

It looks to me that buying on dips has become a conditioned reflex.
Like Pavlov's dogs.
Selling the rallies is still not in fashion

nice to see the last third waves down (normal 3 waves down before bottoming with each wave smaller ripple for mid-term) for index while still remaining around 3193 (3228 as the pivot point for mid-term uptrend to remain intact)...think the uptrend is still intact and advise buy on dip for good counters esp. property, oil and chip stocks..good luck and not for contra

Martin Armstrong sitting in jail weaves his Magic business cycle .Top of this cycle is 27/2/07.Next bottom is 4 years away
No need to reason why.
But for the rational a collapse in the Us dollar ,Home prices falling and rising oil price, and high probability of war because the US dollar is losing its petro dollar status , china paying for oil in euros will put a nail in the coffin of this business cycle

Remember, STI rose on high volume, unlike the previous few rounds where volume was low

i think the drop in the dow will cause a drop in the sti today. maybe wiping off yesterday's gains...but i doubt it will be more serious than that. yesterday most asian market's were down but sti was up. so....the sti having 2 strong  days while the dow has dropped 2 days in a row....seems unlikely to me. maybe it's good to short first then cover back and do some bargain hunting in the afternoon

Market sentiment seems to be good as most of the counters closed high yesterday. Hope can maintain the high volume and climb higher.

may not drop, cos trading volume already increase, so investors might have regained their confidence in the market.
