Apparently the moon is 'doing it' work' during its quarter phase to cause some selling (Dow & STI, etc).

This phase will quickly pass...

then up and away!!!

It is sooner then later for STI to hit 3,500, (my expectation is July) mean while after 8th days run up hill, it is quite tired to run up, pause abit to rest then cheongg..,then rest again lohh... B4 3,600 coming to this screen. Mean while other analyst is more optimistic STI 4,000 ending Dec 2007.

Yes it seem that the DOW influence on the Asian Market is gradually dwindling and is slowly losing its hold. ! Asian Market seem to have a life and mind of its own. Well we shall see how the STI reacts to the DOW tomorrow, besides we still do not know what the Jews at the FED have to say at 1300 hours. Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke is due to speak at 1 pm New York time at New York University's Global Economic Policy Forum. I think Benjamin Shalom Bernanke is more circumspect than Mr. G.

in the previous few down by the DOW...the STI wasn't following its downtrend...the recent local market news had still been good...past two days mornings had been a plunge but gradually picked up by noon...we shall see how affected we are tomorrow by the DOW...personally do think DOW has a lesser influence to STI as compared to the past already

I do not think property prices will slump for the next 5 years. Property price should remain firm and increase steadily. Asian equities should perform likewise. Once I have established my positions on another stock, I shall just sit back and do nothing. Just monitor:)

I agree with Eastonbay... not that bad lah. There were a substantial number of advances and just slightly more declines. 81 counters reported new highs. Almost 3 billion in volume.

What goes up must come down.  It's a matter of when. Take it slow and wise.  Don't be overrule by greed. We cannot possibly have record breaking days every trading day!
