thus, since Ezion and O/Institution buys into Ezion at a " higher price" of $0.18 per share VS current price only $0.047 per share, the likelihood of an offer on the table is very, very high (to acquire all YHM shares)

Ezion going strong according to DBS n KEtrade. YHM is even more stronger in %term. That's why players often like to play on penny share, higher return when one strike on the correct counter. YHM is one among in oil n gas services. The long awaitng game maybe over.

EZION Holdings - just announcement a $62.6 mil contract over four years for a bareboat chartered for a refurblished jack up rig. Upgrading and refurblishing work is expected to commence at the Middle East yard next week and the rig is scheduled to be delivered by mid 2104.
Currently Ezion has one service rig near Qatar, 2nd one will come on stream by early next year, will be deployed around that region as well. Ezion has expectation of three additional contracts this year and eight more for next year.
DBS recommended a buy TP price: $3.20c - We contniue to like Ezion's strong growth, profile and earnings visibility.
