If i got money will store up alr..
This stock was high at 9.05 only recently..
Now it is about 1/3 that price at 3.10.
Many have thought it's cheap at 5.00 or 4.00...
Those who bought it cheap are selling lower because the market keeps on weakening... 
It is better to to do investment by selling high...
It never faileth...

Brought at $4.5 goes to $9. Now below what I paid.
Bought @ 4.8 now price @ 3.13 and con't dropping, need advise keep for long or sell. . .Thx
i checked the link , the oil price now is USD 83 ? Is this oil price the US one or UK one?

i would advise you go long on this counter. even if making paper loss, divvy is good to collect. long term wise it shld trend upwards.
Avoid
nav as at 30 jun '08 is 361 cts, eps [jan to jun '08] is 53 cts, divvy [jan to jun '08 same as jan to jun '07] was 20 cts n [jul to dec '07] was 40 cts, can expect same 40 cts divvy [july to dec '08]........so at 350 cts today shud buy or not buy???

there is no good time or bad. just for your info, divvy is at 60cents, which represents a more than 15% yield. and oil price, thought falling now and demand is falling, has a long term trend of going up, because oil is getting lesser and lesser. even when economy is down, oil is still being used everywhere. and when economies improve again, the demand will surge again.
Hitting a new low of 3.46. Is this a good time to buy this counter?
