Good result.
Unfortunately, now the main focus is on Blue Chips.
Once the correction is over, ppl start to have more confident and look for potential stock.
With the current result, it will be among one of the penny stock that will surge ....

United Env net profit surges on strong revenue
good news leh for those who buy on fear last 2 days ago...time to rebound tmw... HUAT leh....

United Envirotech has more than quadrupled its net profit to $5.15 million, from $1.065 million previously, for the three months ended Dec 31, 2009.
Revenue rose 114.3 per cent to $18.75 million, while earnings per share were 1.19 cents - up from 0.27 cents a year ago.
On a full-year basis, its net profit went up 165 per cent to $9.36 million, while revenue rose 21.2 per cent to $38.89 million.

I'm not vested but your post piqued my curiosity. Financial reports of most companies will contain allocation of stock options for employees, was there something abnormal about this year's report?

Master Bintang, for UniEnv to fall another 5 cts may to heavy a fall liao. If it reaches 25-26cts, it should be a very good buy. Remember, no one will be able to accurately catch low low lah.

Since it broke all the short n medium term moving averages n went free falling , it may reach 23.5 cents at 200MA very soon .

| As a good FA counter , we must also go in at the right timing in order to make greatest profit . If u bought DBS at $25 in last bull run , until now u are still losing money .For UniEnvtech , it is coming down with making of lower highs n lower lows ,that means downtrend movements . To enter , we must wait for it to be stabilized n moving sideway , n when it would change trend or making a reversal . To spot for the rock bottom is really impossible |

IN THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA
CESSATION AND DETERMINATION OF SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY
TONGJI ENVIRONMENTAL (ASIA) PTE. LTD.
1. The board of directors ("Board") of the Company refers to the announcement (the "11
June Announcement") made by the Company on 11 June 2009 in relation to the Sale
and Purchase Agreement and the subscription agreement entered into with Tongji
Environment (Asia) Pte. Ltd. (“Tongji”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used
in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the 11 June
Announcement.
2. The Board was and remains of the view that certain conditions precedent to the Completion
of the Sale and Purchase Agreement were not fulfilled by 31 December 2009, being the
long stop date provided in the Sale and Purchase Agreement. Accordingly, the Sale and
Purchase Agreement ceased and determined, and the subscription agreement was
terminated.
3. Tongji has taken a contrary position and disputes, amongst other things, the Board’s
position that the conditions precedent to the Completion of the Sale and Purchase
Agreement were not fulfilled. By a notice of dispute/ arbitration dated 6 January 2010,
Tongji commenced arbitration proceedings against the Company. Tongji seeks specific
performance of the transaction and for the Completion of the Sale and Purchase
Agreement. The Company has instructed solicitors to take conduct of the said arbitration
proceedings, including to defend against all claims of Tongji.
4. The non-completion of the Proposed Acquisition does not have any material impact on the
net tangible assets or the earnings per share of the Group.
