Ntegrator .The Hot Telecom of Myanmar

Just waiting for TA to stabilize before final launch.

The low volume is a good sign as long as there are no negative surprise politically in Myanmar.

My laser guided F35 shealth bomber has locked in any target below 91.

For Ntegrator, I am not sure if PE is a good measure. I still believe earning potential is what investors look for for stock like Netgrator. If one believes    the Myanmar telco story, this stock is definately worth looking at. Fundamental analysis is to look at the risk while we chase for the potential. Just my thoughts.

With sales of $40million at Gross Margin of 23.5% and Expenses of around $6.5million,  price should be around 7cents at 15xPE and 9.5cents at 20x PE. However, we should be looking at  $50 million to  $55 million for 2013 and margin should improve as they move towards higher  GP  maintenance  projects,   so with $50 million sales at 24% Gross Margin and expenses of around $7.5 million, price should be around 11 cents at 15x PE and 15 cents at 20x PE.

Questions will be what should be the right PE for Ntegrator and what other opportunities such as new project pipeline and M& A

It is indeed strange that mr N close down after positive news announcement.

It could be sell on news effect or the aussino effect on all mynamar counters. We will see today but price go tick a bit up.

Btw i must correct : every new contract of 1million increase 0.1-0.2 cents of mr N.

I think 8-9cents would be minimum base.

This is the price for a revenue of 30-40million.
If mr N keeps getting new contracts at 60million region. 12-15centz is a given.

Ya compare from previous years till last year, sale cost increased, but total expenses also increased,don't know what to say about the company

I believe they have both when the MD said:
“This latest contract further augments our strategy of increasing Maintenance and 
Project Management business as a percentage of our project-based business. We 
have made good progress in strengthening our order book in just the first four 
months of FY2013 and will continue to explore viable growth opportunities in the 
region with a view towards enhancing value for shareholders."

Every increase in contract value ie new one to base is equivalent to 1-2cents for every 1million revenue earn.

If this is recurring, impact not so much but if it is new ones then prices will jump more vased on above guide.

So it should increase in tendum with the increase in revenue, unless there is a great change in % of gross margin, likewise this also apply to freight charges. Just my two cents worth. To see if the company spends wisely, I will prefer to look at the leverage of admin expenses when there is increase in sales. Since admins and other expenses are mostly fixed cost, company should not increase admin expenses  at  the same rate as the increase in sales and also  Cash should be use to fulfil projects sales and not to built up inventory (Balance sheet)

I m just investing in the Myanmar theme so u hv to worry if u invest very long term.

My horizon only 1 year so nothing much to be fearful of.
