Mr. Ng Yick Hing, also known as Nicholas, has been Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of LionGold Corp Ltd, since January 1, 2013. Mr. Ng served as Chief Executive Officer at DMG & Partners Securities Pte. Ltd. He served as Managing Director and Regional Head of Asia Investment Banking at Rabobank International since 2004. He served as Head of Corporate Banking, South East Asia, Rabobank International from 2002 to 2004. He served as Managing Director of Citicorp Investment Bank (Singapore) Limited. He has broad commercial experience with more than 28 years of experience in the banking and stockbroking sector. He served as a Director of the local corporate unit of Citibank, Singapore Branch. Mr. Ng served as Managing Director of Asia Sino Capital Limited. He serves as Director of Castlemaine Goldfields Limited, Vista Gold (Antigua) Corp, Compañía Inversora Vista S.A., Compañía Exploradora Vistex S.A. and Minera Nueva Vista S.A. He has been an Executive Director of LionGold Corp Ltd since January 1, 2013. He has been a Non Executive Director of Citigold Corporation Limited since July 3, 2013. He served as an Independent & Non Executive Director of Tien Wah Press Holdings Bhd from November 20, 2006 to June 12, 2006. He served as an Independent Director of Shanghai Asia Holdings Ltd. from March 26, 2004 to June 12, 2007. Mr. Ng holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Pacific Western University, USA.
