STI will test new high B4 profit taking again n has been happening afew round this year, certainly will be following S'ghai n Dow, needlessly w/o much effort.

Europe stock market is going up. I think the stock market will recover pretty fast next week.

All the mention about inflation fears and a possible rate hike by the US Fed could be meant to scare off investors. If you have been following US Fed Ben Bernanke's speech on the US economy, he expects a rebound in the second half of the year. He has kept interest rate unchanged in order to achieve this. Thus it would seem unlikely for Ben to increase interest rate now that the US economy is showing signs of holding up pretty well.

I think when they meet for the next rate meeting, the US Fed will hold interest rate unchanged and market could be bull. Well let's see......

Another common mistake some people might make is when they sell a stock, they refuse to buy it back it a higher price. "Die die" the price must go below the price they sold at or they won't buy. It is sometimes pride that prevents them from buying the stock at a higher price. Guess what happens again? The stock just keeps going up and up.

I have ever sold off my shares and then bought back at a higer price. One of the reasons is to protect my capital. When "signs" are clearer, I buy back.
