The first day US crash 600 points some funds lost in three market US SG and HK and cut all their positions because the sellers are deliberate and seems to be coordinated. Many of them lost at least 30-60% of their value during the august sell down. some are still bleeding with huge paper lost. we have been bearish ever since that day. Mainly due to the economy weakness underlying the US and Europe. please trade with care. We might experience the full weakness in 2012. Though we.highly doubt that market will fall till the 2009 march low but we expect it to test 1899 if Global economy.slows further. trade with.care.

What is  why all shorting must be done when it is very high...

      When you short when it has already dropped like sheet,

                  it is not safe... Sell only when everyone you meet is bullish

                        all over and are extremely confident of good days ahead,...

bingo..that is why i am focusing 70% of my time in my kachang business now..

at least got golden eggs every mth with small earnings,

waiting is a virtue..will wait for the big time..

signs are,

when all newspapaer headlines are negative,

when all the people on the streets all " bo jeng sin" (gloomy),

then will  ga ga jeep ..

sometimes i feel casino , lottery more easier than trading...

like Mark Lee say: 50% chance , tio or bo tio

my shorts are still open... red.. :(

 

My SembCorp's short position got covered by my stop @ 4.26 today. Hmph... Still profit, but less. Expecting market to be in red today.

Anyway, seems like market behaving like yesterday again. Rising then fall. 

Might open another short position :)
