Note liveindices site has a 30-min delay for some of the futures.

This stock make me some money. For me is a good counter.

Personally i do not think SPC can maintain a divvy of 60cts per share next year.
Their EPS will be lower thus DPS will fall.
divvy announced shld be in Feb. XD in Apr. Payable should be late apr, early may. based on past years. you can check out sgx website.
if you don't need the $, i don't see the need to preserve capital. Investing is about the long term. unless you are speculating or trading. Preserving capital is when you think SPC is gg to collapse and you will get $0 in the end. However, if you still believe in SPC, just hold onto it like a fixed deposit. Selling now will only make you lose $, and when the rally starts again, it's too late. but if you can't have any peace of mind, then just sell it if you don;t hav ethe patience.
Can confirm payout in Feb or April 09? I heard is Apr. Thanks
next dividend [for 2nd half 2008] shud be announced ard 29 jan 2009 n date of payment shud be ard 12 feb 2009....expect 40 cts.

next dividend shoud be in April 2009, so you still can get some cheap prices before April 2009..
2.26 is the next strong support point followed by 1.30... but of course, if 2.26 met, we should buy some lots for dividend play in fact the price now is good for dividend too.
when is the next dividend? Coming financial report got dividend?

Last mid Oct, when CO was around 85, then SPC hit 9.05.
not surprise if it breaks below 3.00 next week, if US flooded financial sector don't subside. And more banking and financial related coys in Asian collapse.
