THE recent years have seen a steady rise of entry level graduates in hot pursuit of jobs in banking and finance. The perceived prestige and financial rewards in this sector do wield a lot of power. We need to learn from this sector how they manage to consistently attract top talent. To assemble the list of 200 ?Best Under a Billion? for Asia-Pacific, Forbes looked at only listed entities under $1 billion in sales that have posted solid top and bottom line gains. The companies are then selected based on consistent growth in both sales and profits over three years.

 

The Group currently operates a total of 62 Lifestyle Centres and membership base now stands at 130,355 compared to 99,708, an increase of 30.7% since FY2006.

 

Membership growth already exceeded expectation way before the close of FY2007!!

The annual ranking features companies with under US$1 billion in sales, and have demonstrated solid and consistent growth in sales and profits over three years.
