acc/dist & chaikin is downtrend. RSI abt 60, not really overbought william @ -33 also says so. Price momentum also going downhill. Am I reading something wrong???

No worries... the selling is not supported by heavy volumes. From the TA charts, the uptrend is still in place.

Tape reading novice (myself) tells you that it is obvious that accumulation is going on, looking at high volume on rise and low volume on profit taking by retailers.
