Even positive news may not drive up the price for the day, it all depends on a few factors eg, sentiments for the current day....

Whether it is a good time to buy, depends on your profile; if you are short term investor, you would have bought it at today's low of $3.67, if you are long term investor, you may want to wait for market to stabilise first.... This are just my views, maybe other sifus out there can give you more light.....

If there is positive news in the market, shouldn't that drive up the price instead?

Is it a good time to buy in now? Do you think it will hit $4 again?
