Always take 2 actions when you read abt something. 1. No action to take. 2. Do the opposite. This way you cannot be taken for a ride. Cheeers. I am trying to collect a bit since I was left out of the action in the past. Hope for better future in the company otherwise go back to status quo, i.e. none vested.

the report said "should be $200M yearly". That means that initially he gave a figure that was wrong.
My question is " do you know what was the initial (wrong) figure, please"
and thank you.

CapitaLand suffers first quarterly loss in 5.5 years | |||
|
|||
Property giant CapitaLand has been impacted by the global recession as it reports its first quarterly loss since 2003. For the second quarter ended in June, CapitaLand saw a net loss of 156.9 million dollars. It’s a reversal of fortune for the firm, which had a net profit of 515 million dollars over the same period last year. The losses came on the back of revaluations and impairments totaling 281 million dollars related to the Singapore office portfolio and real estate assets in Australia. Excluding such revaluations and impairments, the firm says it achieved a profit after tax and minority interests of 124 million dollars from April to June. Going forward, CapitaLand’s chairman Richard Hu says the outlook for the rest of the year remains uncertain. The firm will continue to focus on strategic capital management and to preserve a strong financial position to take advantage of investment opportunities. In the first quarter this year, CapitaLand said its net profit dropped 83 percent on-year to 43 million dollars |
