This counter like money swallowing machine, always raising money, bond last year, rights this year, and bond again this year. Like that can get 20 million pay? something akin like the immoral american investbank bankers

Property developer CapitaLand said today that it has raised gross proceeds of 1.1 billion dollars in its convertible bond issue. The bonds have a 7-year tenor and will bear a coupon rate of 2.875 percent per annum. They are also convertible into new CapitaLand ordinary shares at a conversion price of 4 dollars and 79 cents. At that price, it is a 20 percent premium above CapitaLand’s last closing price of 3 dollars and 99 cents. The issue is the largest convertible bond transaction for an Asian listed issuer so far in 2009. CapitaLand says it may increase the size of the issue by up to 100 million dollars to 1.2 billion dollars. Yesterday, the firm reported a 157 million dollar net loss in the second quarter due to re-valuations and impairments. |

Thanks!
Will not sell, then. Will buy more at 416.
