Outperform; earnings unchanged. We maintain our target price of S$1.65, still
pegged at 13.6x CY08 earnings, pending an analysts? briefing today. The group has
also proposed a 1-for-4 bonus issue, which implies an ex-bonus target price of
S$1.32.
.....with the Best World China up and running by end of 2007, a more reasonable PE should be 18x CY08 instead of 13.6x!
As I mentioned earlier, the recent correction just open up a golden opportunity to buy...at current price, Best World is still consider undervalued. Once the China network is built up over the next 1 to 2 years, the company should worth a lot more than what it is currently being trading at.

Need to consider the dividend of 1.2c!! So at $1.03 today...that equal to about $1.2995 prior to the bonus and dividend!! So therotically, BEST WORLD is now READY to test its all time high again!!!

yes, dfusion, the fair price is about $1.
Imagine you buy 4 lots at 1.25 , that is 5K.
then, u got free1 lot, then, seeing the price now, 1.00, u got ( 4lots + 1 free lot) = 1.00 x 5 lots = also equal to 5K.
meaning, even if you buy now at 1.00, actually, the you are buying price of 1.25 last week. got it? well, looking at the history offer in march 2005, it was stable for a while before moving upwards, .. so, i would say anything below 1.00 can consider to buy.
sharp drop due to ex-bonus> fair price should be around $1? can comeone enlighten?
