There are also people who worry not able to get cheaper price house if don't get in too soon. Thus they rushed for it also.
I just hope the price of the houses are not over-pushed up. For that maybe bad.............

But Capland pricing may be going down........
Too many query fr their investor. On why so much money is still needed after raising the Rights.
They are feeling that Capland is not using their cash well (my opinion).
Again, Capland may need to come out to explain on the reason why.
If all property stocks start to fall, than its time to get out liao. All stock will fall......
So have to be careful on the statement loh....my friend.

Actually, i think cheongwee/petertan are good hearted and trying to help fellow forumers. The problem is that people believe him totally and never plan their own trades and hence shift their blame to him when lose money.

Sold off all my CapLand on Friday at closing of 382, very high volumes on a black candle day, sigh. But I will be back, see whether 50MA will hold 1st, think unlikely. But I still do not think your target price will be reached.
Switched to marine (EZ......) and one other VALUEable penny stock.

Actually both their pricing still ok. U see CityDev up even more. Need a collection.
As for Capland, i will say, it up to fast....... thus needs to come back down first. (My opinion).

SIA....Capitaland..more will follow.even if there are profit...it is going to be peanut.......and when they realised that those so call grreen shoot is nothing more than result of cost cutting ...........the market will come down...........toward end August........
i know u hate this, u will definitely say i have sold out so i want to talk down the mrkt..........no...no....no...i am still holding, but will be selling soon, as i thk market still got more upside close to 2800.....and dow 9800........my last prediction..

I hope you dont mind, but properties have more downside, last quarer already report 80% less profit for both kepland and capitaland..
coming quater will be worse,,,if US commercial real estate implode....property counter will sink like a stone.............back off property stock till 2012.
raising capital by BOND is not a bad news. however, loss in the quarter is not a good news
