Maximum each time holding is 7. Usually try to decrease to 4. Occasionally zero.

I read a book some time bad by Christopher Sim - The Joseph Cycle - about 7 good years followed by 7 bad years. Your Credit Suisse chart on US property market seem close to the book predictions that the cycle will bottom out in 2015. The book in fact predicted quite correctly of the crash following Beijing Olympics. Your views on the correlation?

Company supposedly recapitalized  via rights issue to improve gearing. But when bottom line hit red after property market declined and lower revaluation of assets, company goes out to borrow. Gearing should go up again. Higher risk so how you reckon analysts will grade this counter. How will fund managers treat this counter? Your guess is as good as mine. Some posters reckon property market will be bad till 2012 and this cannot be far from a respectable cabinet minister recent cautious statements.
