It is quite clear that mgt wants the books to be in proper shape before reporting, or that the answers are available for all prospective questions from shareholders. Think that could be the reason for having changed the auditors and postponing AGM..

Oceanus is now a cornered stock , " Buy & Sell " walls are created to contain the price. The price is always pressed down at the end of the day due to manipulation.
