On Thursday, KepLand tested its support at $4 and closed at $4.05 with low volume of 3.19 million shares traded.
Three black candles occurred in the last three days. Although these candles were not big enough to create three black crows, the steady downward pattern is bearish.
Both RSI & MACD are turning flat as MACD lines began to converse.
Important Resistance of KepLand: $4.09
Immediate Support of KepLand: $4
Impossible to buy since prices are way above 20/50/100/200 days MA and RSI near oversold region.
In fact, the 3 black candles already serve as a bearish indication.
SEE ANALYSIS OF KEPCORP
If vested, we would look for the support at $4 and sell once breached.
Kepp el Land
Underperform | $4.08
Macquarie keeps “underperform” call but lifts Keppel Land target price to $3.07 from S$2.31 after increasing RNAV estimate by 17 per cent to reflect improved outlook for Singapore office sector.
New target based on smaller 15 per cent discount to RNAV estimate vs 25 per cent previously.

I think what he is trying to say is that the current price of $3.90 plus is equal to $8 pre-rights share price.
So he thinks it is at a peak now and we should sell. I am not sure if you can value the shares in this way. Can anybody give their inputs.
Personally I believe you should look at price to book value to judge if it is at peak price. The previous peak in 2007, it was trading at 3 times book value. Now I think it is trading at 1.5 times book value. So I think there is still more upside, given Kepland pipe line of projects such as the MBFC and the ecocity , it's book value should also rise, dragging it's stock up.
Any comments from anyone on the outlook. We are all scared at the moment right

In comparison, for the first quarter of 2010, prices of non-landed private residential properties increased by 4.4 per cent in the core central region, 7.9 per cent in the rest of the central region and 4.3 per cent in the outside central region. - CNA/vm
be careful this counter, count the right last year, this one current price
is quite high, equal 8 dollars near the 2007 peak!
had better sell this counter!

Now is a good return even covering back at this price.... Opportunity is better than long long time holding. Just my feeling theory...

Extract from Edge magazine.
Office property stocks may also attract some interest. Keppel Land, a proxy to the office market — it has a one-third stake in Marina Bay Financial Centre — appears poised to clear the $3.80-$3.90 resistance level successfully. The breakout — the counter last traded at $3.95 — indicates a target of $5.00.
